At 1MD Nutrition®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.
90-Day Return Policy
You may initiate a return within 90 days of the date your order was shipped.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Care Team by phone, email, or chat. Our Customer Care Team will assist you with the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA number, you will have 30 days to return the products to us.
Free Returns
We provide a free, postage-paid return label for eligible returns.
Return Processing
Returns are generally processed within 10–14 business days after the returned products are received at our warehouse.
Refunds and Credits
Once your return has been received and processed, refunds or credits will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds and credits are generally processed within 2–3 business days after the return has been logged at our warehouse.
Purchases made using gift codes or store credit will be refunded in the form of gift code or store credit.
